Voted the 2006 "Builder of the Year" by the Asheville Home Builders Association (AHBA), Demos Builders, Inc. is owned and operated by Jim Demos, a member of both the AHBA as well as the Western North Carolina Green Building Council. We are very proud to announce that our company's Village Park residence took both "Best in Show" as well as the "Gold Craftsman" award in the 2006 Asheville Parade of Homes.
